The phbeth platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
phbeth reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where phbeth has reasonable grounds to believe the account holder has: (a) breached any provision of these Terms; (b) provided false information; (c) engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity; (d) posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be refunded to your registered payment method following KYC confirmation.
You may voluntarily close your phbeth account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the ordinary course.
